Nasdaq today requires companies listed on the Nasdaq First North Growth Market and the Nasdaq First North Premier Growth Market to hire a Certified Adviser. A Certified Adviser is tasked with ensuring that the listed company complies with Nasdaq First North Growth Markets or Nasdaq First North Premier Growth Markets regulations. North Point Securities offers the Certified Adviser service to companies that are either already listed or intend to be listed on the Nasdaq First North Growth Market or the Nasdaq First North Premier Growth Market.

In the role of Certified Adviser, North Point Securities ensures that the client complies with relevant regulations and compiles and presents quarterly reports to the client that the client fulfills its commitments. If necessary, North Point Securities also presents action proposals. In addition to providing customary Certified Adviser services, North Point Securities works proactively with internal initiatives and carefully selected external partners in order to offer advice on both financial communication and special communication strategies.
