Railway Metrics and Dynamics publishes offer for issue of units and planned listing on Spotlight Stock Market and publishes information memorandum

Railway Metrics and Dynamics Sweden AB (publ) ("RMD" or the "Company") announces today an offer of units in the Company in connection with the planned listing of the Company's shares on the Spotlight Stock Market (the "Offer"). The Company has drawn up an information memorandum in connection with the Offer, which was approved by Spotlight Stock Market on 19 August 2022 and published on the Company's website. The first day of trading in the Company's shares is expected to be September 15, 2022. North Point Securities is acting as financial advisor in connection with the listing.
