The offer refers to a new issue of shares. Anyone who was a shareholder in ProstaLudnd AB on the record date of 26 May 2023 has preferential rights to subscribe for shares in relation to previous holdings of shares. One (1) held share gives the right to two (2) subscription rights and five (5) subscription rights gives the right to one (1) new share. The offer comprises a maximum of 22,877,261 newly issued shares. In the event that the Offer is fully subscribed, the Company will receive approximately SEK 40.0 million before deductions for costs related to the Offer. The company has received subscription commitments of approximately SEK 14.8 million, corresponding to approximately 37.1 percent.
