The subscription period for Luxbright AB's fully secured rights issue has begun

The subscription period for Luxbright AB's fully secured rights issue of approximately SEK 25.2 million started on April 4, 2022 and runs until April 19, 2022.

The issue proceeds will be used for a new production facility in Gothenburg for the manufacture of cold cathode and microfocus tubes for industrial applications. With the facility, the Company gains full control over the production process and the opportunity to more quickly introduce innovations to the market.
